What if I go over the weekly message limit?

We’ll gently let you know if you’re reaching your message limit, and you can choose to upgrade your support level if needed. Our boundaries help keep communication focused and sustainable for everyone.

Who replies to my messages?

Every response is written by a highly qualified mental health professional — not a bot, assistant, or call centre. You’re speaking with someone who’s trained in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and evidence-based strategies.

Do I need to book appointments for my text support or therapy? 

No bookings required. You send messages when you need support, and we reply during scheduled support hours. It’s flexible, on your terms — and ideal for people who feel overwhelmed by traditional appointments.

Will this help with my NDIS review?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a quarterly report summarising your progress, goals, outcomes, and ongoing support needs — all aligned with your plan. This makes review time less stressful and can strengthen future funding requests.

What kind of support do you give?
